It is not necessary but it is recommended. A pre-event consultation is a great opportunity for us both to meet, it gives us the chance to discuss your requirements and ideas that you may have.

This is not always necessary, with many venue’s now having interactive room plans on their website which we can use to gain insight into the venue layout and size, however we are more that happy to arrange a site visit in person.

Yes, we have full Public & Employers Liability Insurance and all our equipment is PAT Tested for electrical safety..  Copies of which is available on request.

Of course, we can play any music that you require. Our database of over 35,000 songs means we have the most popular requested tracks.  You can also create your own track list and send us the link to Spotify/Apple or Tidal which we can then import into our integrated system.

We are happy to accommodate any requests that you may like played during your event..  

A £50.00 booking fee is required to reserve your chosen date, once this has been received your booking is added to our website portal.  The final balance payment is then due 14 days prior to your event date.

We are happy to attend any venue within our 1 hour travel radius of our base in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

We find it is always best to arrange either a face-to-face meeting or a video call, this allows us to talk through your ideas, plans and options.  Having a meeting allows us a clearer understanding of the type of event that you wish to create.

If required, we can set up the equipment before your guests arrive. This takes away the worry of possible noise and interruption and gives you the reassurance that all is prepared for the evening.

We can provide background music during the day if required. This is ideal if you have an all-day event and would like some ambient music to fill the room during quiet periods.

Should you cancel your booking with us the £50.00 booking fee is non refundable, however we will be happy to transfer your booking to a new date if  available.   Please see our T&C’;s for full details 

No.  We provide a complete quotation for you based on your requirements.  There will be no additional charges, travel or VAT to be added.  This is subject to no changes being made to the booking.

Should your venue not have an in-house audio system then we can provide a PA system.  This would include a hand held wireless microphone and a portable speaker system.
